Асоциация на софтуерните инженери е неправителствена организация, обединяваща експерти в областта на проектирането, разработката, внедряването и поддръжката на софтуерни системи. Основана е през 2014 г. от професионалисти с доказан дългогодишен опит в информационните технологии с председател Мартин Кулов (основател на международната конференция за софтуерни разработчици DevReach) и експертен съвет в състав Румен Банов, Евгени Кацарски, Здравко Дучев, Светлин Наков и Христо Хаджичонев.
