#SwiftSofia - November Meetup

On the memorable day of November 1st - the next #SwiftSofia Meetup will take place. We will discuss two topics, both will be hands on session. Make sure you bring your Mac's as there may be a nice surprise for the Swift masters and reserve a seat.

Topics:

1. Intro to Realm by Ivo Dimitrov. We will talk about React Mobile Database, Ivo will share his key learnings and architecture choices made while developing his 1st app CogZum. He will then show examples in a hands-on session of Realm usage in sandbox and in live mobile application.

2. Playing with Server Side Swift by Stanimir Jordanov. We will bring up a Swift server, serve some files and templates and play around. And who knows, maybe Swift will be the back end engine behind the next tech Startup unicorn?

Ivo Dimitrov

Ivo Dimitrov is a software engineer (16+ years) and startup enthusiast. His diverse background goes from online solutions in media feed analytics to oil and gas real time data processing systems. His latest endeavor is a startup company (www.cogzum.com - mobile application for supermarket shopping organization and reduction of domestic food waste).

Stanimir Jordanov

Stanimir Jordanov is a passionate software developer who loves to look at projects from business perspective, asking questions like: "Is this the right thing to build?", before "What is the best possible way to build it?". He is a technology stack nomad (from firmware to AI). Currently, his technology stack is iOS development. Some of you may remember Stan from "Objective-C! Swift…what? Why?" talk on the first #SwiftSofia meetup "Kick Off".
